Well fall is here in the Pacific Northwest and that means the rainy season is upon us...drip, drip, drip...
It also means pumpkin carving....falling leaves...and of course Halloween costumes...
For my project this week I thought it would be fun to turn one of my favorite Chi Chi Memories characters into a ghoulish greeting....
I started with the Cheerful Girl (or Ghoul in this case) image:
I colored her with my Spectrum Noir colored pencils....isn't she ghoulishly fun!!! The pattern paper is from my stash as is that little thought bubble which came off some of the oldest pattern paper in my craft room...the company isn't even around anymore...
