Oh yeah....funky girl...hurry and get her free while you can...

I colored her with my Copics and then matched her up with this wonderful paper from Simple Stories. I cut the balloons from some of the pattern paper and added the wire to the bottom as strings... I added some glossy accents to her sunglasses, so they are quite shiny...
She truly is the life of the party!!!
