Imagine the embossabilities

For those of you that don't know...I first started out as a stamper...some twenty years ago...first making holiday cards...then branched into scrapbooking after my now dh took me on a trip to California... that seems like soooo very long ago. Over the years I have done lots of things; I was a Close To My Heart demonstrator for almost ten years; had my work published in a stamp manufacturer catalog; and taught numerous stamping classes.

I have always loved stamping...there is something about it that is so very relaxing...could be that coloring brings me back to the days when I would sit in my room and just color/doodle... It could be that it is easy to share this art with pretty much anyone; both my girls stamp and have since they were old enough to hold the ink pads!

I was so very excited to get my first package from the Creativity Boutique and to find some delish stamps, awesome Class-a-peel stickers, cardstock and embossing powder... next to inking things; embossing is one of my favorite things to do to cards...

For this card, I used a tri-fold card base from my stash; I used the gold embossing powder to emphasize all the edges along the card. I also used the same powder along all the edges of the Coordinations cardstock that I layered onto the front of the card. I finished off the card using some of the Stampendous Class-A-Peel stickers - aren't they great!

I am having so very much fun stamping my little heart out....

Be sure to stop by the Kreative Kaboodles blog and check out all the amazing projects created by the design team members!!! (you can even find more pictures of how I created this card)

Happy crafting.....Lynda
