Orange Team 14-16 Challenge
April Showers
April is more than half over, and we can't get to
the May flowers without the April showers, so that's
this week's challenge - April Showers.
The Design Team has made some great projects using
the Pink Paisley Hello Sunshine stamp set and Paper Collection
which are both available in the
For m y card I first stamped the "You make me Happy when skies are grey" onto my card base in the lower right corner; leaving enough room for my doodled border. I then stamped the unbrella in the top left; leaving enough room for the sentiment and border as well. I then stamped the You Are My Sunshine above the umbrella; curving the stamp on my block to match the curve of the umbrella. I then used the coordinating die cut and this wonderful pattern paper to cut out the umbrella. I then glued the pattern paper over the stamped image. I then doodled the border around the card base. I then added the red smooches to the hearts and the umbrella. Love that this stamp set comes with the die in the packaging...for anyone like me that tends to "misplace" items in my craft room this packaging is a dream come true!

Glad I cked back again since link did not seem to work for me yesterday. Like the card. Especially like the doodled border.
