Today is my day over at the ABC Design Team blog and I am going to showcase for you a card I made using one of the amazing Martha Stewart punches available in the store. I chose this punch to focus my project on. I have used this Martha Stewart Branch Punch to make cards for a long time...it works so well to make background and design elements:
For my project I first punched a dozen branches out of various colors of green cardstock.
This stamp set is so fun..and I knew I could combine a few of the images with the branch punches and create a cute card...
I stamped the branch based from the My Cute Stamps Little Forest Friends set and then added the punched branches to it. I then stamped the owl using Memento ink onto white cardstock and then colored it in withCopic markers. I then added the owl to my card using3D-Dots. I chalked the background and then stamped the sentiment on the top. I then backed the images with pink cardstock and then adhered it to the front of a kraft card base.
I hope you'll take a peek in the store at the awesome Martha Stewart punches available. Be sure to check back as the design team showcases other great punch ideas for you.
