Time for a new challenge at the Crafter's Companion challenge blog

This month's challenge at the Crafter’s Companion challenge blog is to use a Crafter's Companion stamp and the theme "Thank You". You can make a card, gift, or any other project letting someone know you are thankful for them.

This month's fabulous prize is a CleverCut 5 in 1 Paper Trimmer.

The CleverCut is the amazing new 5-in-1 rotary paper trimmer from Crafter's Companion, which is perfect for use in all your paper crafting, card making and scrapbooking projects. What makes it so special? Well, for starters it has an extendable base plate which will allow you to trim letter size paper in both portrait and landscape. In fact, the trimmer supports paper up to 12" x 12" with markings now pre-printed in both inches and centimeters. The CleverCut has interchangeable rotary blades that you simply dial to select, which will allow you to cut not only straight lines, but also create perforated lines, waves and scores. Changing the blades takes only seconds with just a "flick" of your finger. There's also an integrated corner rounder which will add a touch of elegance to any papercraft project. This paper trimmer retails at $49.95.

Here is my card I made for the challenge...I used the adorable Humphrey's Best Friends stamp set. I adore these little elephant girls. I stamped each one onto pattern papers first; then cut out each outfit...notice the matching bow for the bear too... this is a great way to use paper scraps with your stamps and to create unique one of a kind greeting! Click on the card image below to get a close-up view of the outfits!

So be sure to pull out those Crafter's Companion stamps and create your one of a kind thank you greeting...and enter it in the contest this month. Be sure to check the official challenge blog post here for full challenge requirements.

Happy crafting...Lynda
