The Cuttlebug challenge blog has been celebrating their birthday all month long and I have been creating along with them... I have kind of been on a pumpkin kick and decided that the theme of my projects would be my pumpkin carving party that we are having toward the middle of the month...
the first challenge #47 was to create a invitation...
the second challenge #48 was to create a bag and matching card...here is my bag...had to use some rafia to go with the fall feel...
and duplicated my bag tag to create this card:
the third challenge #49 was to create a mini-album - I used one of these cute 7 gypsies mini-albums to create this one...each page features a spot for a before and after shot of each pumpkin done by our guests:
the fourth challenge #50 was to create a centerpiece - I used two large pumpkins that I paper pieced to create this centerpiece. I covered a toilet paper roll with brown cardstock and scallop cut the top edge...added some flowers ...
the final challenge #51 was a thank you card... I love what the single embossed dots row on the top and bottom does to the card.......love that slim embossing folder!
I hope you have enjoyed my pumpkin carving party themed items....I am sure we'll have a great time in a few weeks....
Happy crafting.....Lynda
