So, Marti, aka Pez-a-Doodle, put down a challenge for some of her online friends to create something using the acrylic blocks that come with the Studio G stamps that she sells in her store...
For those of you that know me....I can't pass up a good challenge, so I had her send me some blocks to create with...here are the two projects I came up with:
The first thing I created is a sun catcher...I used five rectangular acrylic blocks; alcohol inks; American Crafts rubons, white sharpie, and wire/beads from my stash.
The second little creation is a house...I used alcohol inks for the coloring...some cute little felt flowers and wire from my stash; to create flowers that I planted inside my little house...I used a rubon from my stash; (home) I put pictures of each family member on a side of the house...my youngest dd has not claimed this little house and moved it immediately into her room...so I guess I won't be able to enjoy it as much...unless I hang out there with her!
Today was also a very good mail day too...I got my prize from Piggy Tails for the NSD essay contest that I won... what a yummy box of goodies to find on my porch... Thank you again for the wonderful folks at Piggy Tails for their generosity!!
