My girls love to help me pick out images that we want to color. We do a lot of coloring together. The cuter the better for them and the Furry Friends from Sugar Nellie are super cute, so they were at the top of the list for an end of summer crafting day.
To start my project I first decided on my pattern paper; which is Cappella from Basic Grey. I adore the blue, grey, and brown hues. I then printed the image a few times so I could work on color combinations that complimented the pattern paper. I settled on the Words from the Heart image and colored it with my Copics. I then picked out this adorable word die from Paper Smooches and cut this out five times from this lovely brown cardstock. I then stacked the words together to create this dimensional title for my card. I then fussy cut the kitty out and added some foam tape to the back so she would pop off the card front.
I just think this is an adorable image and can see it being colored time and time again by the girls.
