Look at that adorable set!!! I knew right away that I wanted to create a canvas for an upcoming birthday gift. I first merged the cute girls with the umbrella and the sentiment. I then added the sun from the Spring is here set. I then printed the image onto heavy cardstock. The image was Mod Podged onto the 5x7 canvas; which I have been hoarding for a very long time in my craft room waiting for just the right project! I then pulled out my Faber Castell watercolor pencils and Gelatos and went to town. When the entire image was colored I added one final layer of Mod Podge to seal it. I then went over all the lines on the image with my favorite pen; Permaball marker (which is not made anymore...sniff sniff). I added a few extra doodles and things to the lines here and there for some extra fun.
I am so loving this new set...all the pieces are so cute by themselves and coordinate to well together.
