Growing in Unity Day 2

Me!!!

I am so excited to be sharing another card with you again today featuring an image by Phyllis Harris.  This stamp is titled Easier with YOU by my side.

I stamped my image onto cardstock using Memento black ink.  I then colored the image using Copics and Chalk.  I used the same combination of markers and chalk to create the background behind my image.  I then trimmed my cardstock for my card front to follow the lines on the image.  I absolutely LOVE this image!!!

Unity is allowing me to give away TWO Itty Bitty images to one lucky commenter this week.  So be sure to come back each day and leave a comment to get you name in this drawing!

While pulling out my images to create my projects this week I came across an extra Unity set that I had received as a prize...this set is titled Sentiments O'Simple.  To be eligible to win this kit from me you need to first be a follower of my blog and comments each day this week will be receiving this special set from me!!!  LOVE this set...so many great sentiments for every type of card or project you are working on:

I hope you've enjoyed todays project and look forward to sharing with you all week long creations made using the wonderful images available at Unity Stamp Company!!!

Happy crafting....Lynda

Lynda, love how you designed your card by having the background cardstock match the horizontal line of the stamp..... great feel to the card. The tearing textured edge of the sentiment piece is perfect....
