Autumn fun

Well the weather here has been anything but delightful as we've had record rainfall and wind that has been just insane....  so the challenge on the by Lori Designs blog was to create an Autumn fun theme card.

I first picked out all these great colored papers from Simple Stories...these are the BEST fall colored papers I have seen in a long time...even the cute sentiment is in the 6x6 paper pad!!  I created the patchwork background and then added the cardstock sentiment.  I then colored this adorable image called Ella (two) with my Copics and added a little chalk for shading in spots...

Isn't she just the cutest!!!  Can't wait to show her to my girls...youngest will think I colored her to look like her because of the blonde hair!!
