The challenge is to incorporate rain, puddles, clouds and or flowers and must include a bow made of ribbon.
Here is my card for the challenge...
my card features this adorable dimensional sticker and the sentiment sticker from Momenta. I added these cute google eyes to my flower to give her some personality. I added the cute little blow to her stem to dress her up as well.
